Laura grew up in Sioux Center, Iowa and went to college to be a veterinarian at Iowa State University. She joined Dale Animal Hospital in 2004 and with that, has 6 years of experience. She has always had a passion to be a veterinarian. Laura likes having the opportunity to interact with both animals and people and the bond that exists between them and being a veterinarian allows her to do that every day. Laura has 2 dogs, Joee, a Weimarener at age 9, and Sage, a German Shorthair Pointer at age 6. On her free time she loves spending time with her family – her husband and her 2 kids, Taylor, 4,  and Bradly, 1½ outside, fishing, and reading.
