Robin Baldwin, ReceptionistRobin grew up in Greenville, Michigan. She has lived in Sioux Falls since 1995. She has five children and two grandchildren. She has a daughter, Dakota; and four sons, Brady, Robert, Tyler, and Carter. Her grand-daughters are named Kenzie and Sofia. She also two cats named Mysteria and Buddy. In her free time, Robin enjoys doing DIY projects and refurbishing old items. She also enjoys going for walks outside, cooking, and spending time with her kids and grandkids. She enjoys receptionist work because of the interaction she can have with people and their pets on a daily basis. She thoroughly loves to help people in any way that she can. She is also able to utilize her compassion and love for the human animal bond while working at Dale Animal Hospital.

Karin Weeg, Office ManagerKarin grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and joined Dale Animal Hospital in 1996, giving her many years of experience as the office manager/ assistant/ receptionist. The well being of animals is what got Karin interested in joining the team at Dale Animal Hospital. She has two dogs, Ty and River. In her free time Karin loves to read, go fishing, camping, and spending time with her husband in their motor home on the weekends. She also loves to be with her children and her grandchildren.

Amanda Kolterman, CVTAmanda grew up in Nebraska and graduated from Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska in 2004 as a veterinary technician. She joined the Dale Animal Hospital team in 2005 as a veterinary technician. Her and her husband Nick have 2 children, Caden and Kyleigh. She has 3 dogs, Lilly, a miniature schnauzer; Booker, a Springer Spaniel; and Benelli, a Visla/Pointer mix. Amanda's favorite parts of the job are being able to help animals, working in surgery, and her awesome coworkers. Her hobbies include hanging out with friends and family, archery, hunting, and reading.

Melissa Riddle, CVTMissy is from Luverne, Minnesota. She went to school at USD and graduated as a certified veterinary technician from Globe University in Sioux Falls. She has 4 pets: 1 dog named Hercules, a St. Bernard/Husky mix; two cats named Pippi and Paxton, and a hedgehog named Penelope. Her favorite part of her job is watching the bond between owners and their pets, and seeing how happy they make each other. She also enjoys seeing her wonderful coworkers and doing lab work. Her hobbies include watching the food network, baking, walks with my dog and taking naps.

Diane Jansen, CVTDiane is from Sioux Falls and graduated from Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN as a veterinary technician. She has 2 dogs, Mabel and Abbie, and a cat named Leo. In her free time she enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband Steve, walking her dogs, and watching hockey. When she was little, she would spend the summers at her aunt and uncle's farm, where her love for animals then grew into her career as a veterinary technician.

Chesney Eide, Vet TechChesney grew up on a ranch south of Valentine, NE. She then came to Sioux Falls, SD where she graduated from Broadview University with a degree to be a Veterinary Technician. Her family includes her fiancé Dean, her 2 dogs Boomer and Phil, and her cat Scooter. Chesney's favorite part about the job is seeing the unique cases that come into the clinic and doing lab work. She states, "My amazing coworkers make my job more fun and helping take care and treat the animals here makes me love what I do." Her hobbies include: going to the ranch and helping out and spending time with family and friends.

Rhiannon lives in Sioux Falls with her husband and 2 children. They have 3 dogs and 1 cat. She enjoys camping & golfing in the summer and watching football in the fall. Rhiannon went to Animal Behavior College for obedience training and grooming. She loves working with pets and learning new things everyday.

Lindsey grew up in Lake Elsinore, California. She started as a kennel attendant when she was 15 years old and grew up working in a veterinary clinic. She went to Mt. San Jacinto college in Menifee, CA. She moved to South Dakota in 2003 and now lives in Tea with her husband, 2 daughters and 2 German Shepherds. Her favorite part of her job is working with geriatric patients, drawing blood, and pregnancy screenings on ultrasound. She also loves her co-workers who are always there for support and continued education. Her hobbies include concerts, Disney, and watching her kids in marching band/drumline.
